Happy Birthday with Bits and Pieces

Today's card was made using scraps of the Lakeside Retreat April 2026 Paper Pumpkin and Waterside Retreat Designer Series Paper, some fussy cut! The sentiment is from the Simply Said stamp set and it is stamped onto one of the leftover sentiment pieces from the Paper Pumpkin kit. I used a Stampin' Pretty by Mary Fish exclusive sketch for my inspiration.

Layers/Sizing:  5-1/2" x 4-1/4" card base, 5-1/4" x 4" card stock layer, 1-1/4" x 3-3/4" left and right designer series paper strips, 2-1/4" x 3-3/4" middle designer series paper.

Thank you for looking today. Did you know that there is FREE SHIPPING starting tomorrow? It's good for orders $75 or more and it runs through June 13th. Take advantage of free shipping for all of you summer card making needs.

World of Good Birthday Card

When you need a card in a hurry, there is nothing like having World of Good Memories and More Pack on hand to add to the beautiful Flowers for Every Season Memories and More Cards and Envelopes!

All I did was add a frame to one of the cards and then my sentiment and die cuts to say 'Happy Birthday.' The matching envelope really makes this project special, too! The extra sized card will give me plenty of room to write out my sentiment to the recipient.

Masculine Happy Birthday

Quick and easy card. This could be used for Father's Day or any guy greeting. I used the retired stamp set "Guy Greetings". I keep it because it has such clean sentiments and fun images. I paired it with the colorful print from Country Club Designer Series Paper, which is from the latest mini catalog.

Thanks for stopping by everyone! I appreciate your comments and would love if you ordered from me. I'm so pleased that Stampin' Up! staggered their hours for shipping so they could continue to fill our orders so far through the pandemic.

Have a blessed day.

Dapper Gift Card

I cannot wait to include this little gem with a gift for a guy in my life. It's so darn cute!! Again, these colors really make me a happy camper. And those CUTE little elements on the front were each fussy cut from the True Gentleman Designer Series Paper and popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals. Easy!

A scrap of the bow tie print from the designer series paper was used to line the top part of the inside of the envelope as well as the outside flap. Lots of coordination for the dapper look!

Thank you for stopping by today! Have a great week. Please use my Online Store to purchase your Stampin' Up! products. I would love it if you chose me as your demonstrator.

Grand Birthday Greetings

Another direct CASE from the Occasions Catalog. I can't stop! I love that I now have a wonderful supply of gentlemanly cards to send out when needed. These colors are so wonderful together, however, I must say that my Night of Navy looks more royal in the photo than it does in person.

Using the Tailored Tag Punch, which is an elongated hexagon shape sure makes it easy to use every scrap of the True Gentleman Designer Series Paper.

Come by tomorrow for one more CASE of this suite, done in gift card size.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you are inspired to craft some cards of your own.

Black and White Happy Birthday

This black and white birthday card (for my favorite police officer) was simple to put together and looks pretty elegant, if I do say so myself!

One stamp, two colors of card stock and a little ribbon go a long way to set on to of this lovely polka dot-embossed base.
I stamped the sentiment and then cut out just the inside using the Mini Treat Bags Thinlit that matches this shape. I set it on a strip of Whisper White card stock that was also stamped with the same stamp, but I popped it up on Stampin'  Dimensionals to make it look extra special.

Thanks for looking today and I hope you have a great day! Won't you use my Online Store when you are ready to purchase your own Stampin' Up! supplies? Thank you!

Life's A Journey: Enjoy the Ride

When I see a card that is so well-crafted and I have all the supplies myself, I can't HELP but CASE it and this one is no exception. My Stampin' Pretty Pal Windy Ellard made a similar one some time back, and I've been meaning to make it, too. She used different colors and Designer Paper, but I used colors I had on hand.

The sentiment from One Wild Ride could be used on a card for many occasions! I love this stamp set just for that reason.

Masculine Birthday - One Wild Ride

As I wait for my new items (especially designer series paper!) to arrive from the new catalog, here is a card I CASEd from Kathyrn's Stampin' World that doesn't need any designer paper!

I used a piece of retired copper paper behind the stamped focal point. The tire track stamp is White Craft Ink on Basic Black Paper and makes a wonderful little stripe across the bottom.

Thanks for looking today! I hope you are inspired! Take a look at my Online Store and order some stamps for yourself!

One Wild Ride Happy Birthday!

My team member Renee CASEd this shiny and beautiful card using the One Wild Ride stamp set and brought it over for a couple of us to make. I love all the layers and how she brought the Black Ombre stamp pad, which I used to stamp the motorcycle and the top sentiment. There is also Wink of Stella on the motorcycle to give it a little more sparkle.

Thanks for looking today. I hope you will leave a comment so I know you are out there!

Wetlands Birthday Jar

I've been CASEing card this week! It's an easy way to complete a stack of cards to have on hand. No time is spent figuring out what to make, just Copy And Share Everything!

My card base color is Island Indigo, even though I think the photo shows more of a blue color than II is in person. The stitches are "faux" unlike the real stitches on page 133 of the Annual Catalog. I've wanted the Wetlands stamp set for a long time, and I finally ordered it last year, however this is the first time I've inked it up! I know how versatile this set is and I do believe it will be one of the ones I keep even when it retires!

Thank you for looking today. I hope I inspired you to get out your stamps, ink them up and make a card! Let me know what you think in the comments! I love to read them all.

Step It Up!

I really like this card and how it turned out for my brother-in-law's birthday next week. Clean and simple, right?

Then I thought, "How can I make this a little dressier and more feminine?

Voila! I added some punched stars over the printed ones, a few sequins and gold cording in one of the corners. My designer series paper from the Warmth and Cheer stack in the holiday catalog is popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals. The card base is Very Vanilla. My Early Espresso sentiment is from Number of Years stamp set. Those tiny stars were cut using the Perfect Pines Framelits.

I hope you enjoyed looking today. Won't you please let me know you were here by leaving a comment?

It All Started With a Baby's 1st Birthday Card!

I made a Baby's 1st Birthday card.  (I gave it away before I could take any photos). I liked it so much that I made a 13th Birthday card. And then I went for the 30th Birthday card! Why not? I  worked so hard to design the layout and then I really liked it, why not make more? All of my August birthday cards are now finished and I'm very happy!

I just changed up the color schemes and I could make these all day long. No designer paper, just colors to choose from. I love that festive balloon--good for any age!

I'm glad you came by today! I hope you are inspired by my cards. Won't you leave me a comment? I'd love to read them all!

One Wild Ride for the PPA312

I have several male relatives with birthdays this fall and I'm going to be ready! Luckily the one this is for also rides a motorcycle, so this set, One Wild Ride is perfect! This is my first card with this set and it's for the Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge starting today.

The card came together fast, all I had to do was choose a background and colors. The stamp set provided all the other elements to put in place of those circles on the sketch above.

Happy Birthday Sketch for PPA290

It's my sketch that the Pals Paper Arts Challenge is based on this week! Even though I submitted this sketch, I didn't immediately know what I was going to do. And, I couldn't seem to place that circle in the same exact spot as the sketch, even though I tried twice! That just proves that the sketch is a starting point and may lead to other ways of placing your elements!

I wanted to make the vertical line shiny like the rest of the card (shimmery card stock and embossing powder), so I used 3 strands of Silver Metallic Thread and knotted them under the square element. My sentiment and those stars are inked in VersaMark and heat embossed with Black and White Embossing powder. The "v" design on the Shine On Specialty Designer Series paper also shines.

Thank you for stopping by this week. I hope you are inspired and that you will join us at Pals Paper Arts and create a card using my sketch!

I love reading your comments, so please leave me one! Use my Online Store any time you need Stampin' Up! products.
