Adoring Hearts Table Gifts

Hello~ Happy Valentine's Day a little early. I can't wait until February to get my gifts going, so here we go! These lovely boxes are for a group of friends who come to stamp with me. These are the table gifts filled with candies and presented in a Square Pillow Box. I tied the box with some Real Red Ribbon from my stash and then labeled with a lovely layered tag. Tag details are below.

My tag was inspired by Julie Gilson. I changed the Designer Series Paper to one of the prints from the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper. I added a second tag behind the top one just for show. It's made by cutting out the Something Fancy Dies tag in Real Red card stock, and then running the tag through the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder. I love the textures on this tag and mixing a geometric design (top tag is embossed with one of the Basics Embossing Folders) and the floral design. Those hearts were easily cut out 9! at a time using the Adoring Hearts Hybrid Embossing folder along with the included dies.

I think my guests will love these treats and I know they will love the presentation! Thanks for stopping by! Make sure you subscribe to receive updates about my posts.

Snowman S'mores Snack Bag

I have lots of small groups I belong to and I love making things for each of them. Here I created a s'mores snack bag. Inside each snowman bag I placed an individual package of graham crackers, two mini Hershey bars and one lovely Peppermint Bark Chocolate Dipped Christmas peep!

I loved creating these cute tags using the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set and the Stitched Labels Dies. I used Blueberry Bushel card stock and ink.

Thanks for looking today! I hope all of your Christmas plans are going along just fine. Today I will finish decorating my tree and then put the final touches on my Christmas Class. Come back and see the projects that we will be making at the class.

Enjoy These Tea Bag and Treat Holders

Hello! It's been awhile since I have posted. This is a little prize I made for my August Workshop. I always try and make a little something for each attendee.

These are tea bag and treat holders that I found instructions for on Pinterest. When you search, be ready to find a lot of different ideas.

I made these using the Garden Lane Designer Series Paper, matching Mint Macaron Textile Ribbon and the sentiment from the August Paper Pumpkin "Gift of Fall" stamp set.

Inside are those Bischoff Cookies, which fit perfectly! I chose green tea to match with the paper.

I hope you enjoyed looking today! Please do not hesitate to use my Online Store when you are ready to purchase your own Stampin' Up! products.

Happy 4th Treat Bags

UPDATE: Stampin' Up! has added stamp sets to the clearance rack for the first time ever!! Check here to see if any of your favorite stamp sets are on sale!! Shop while quantities last!

The letters were cut from designer paper using the Large Letters Dies

I used some retired Treat Bags (they come flat) to create this stand up bag to hold some red, white and blue M & Ms. I gave these as a treat to my June Workshop attendees. I always try and give them a little treat or something wrapped with or made of paper because that is what I love to do!

Look how that gold on the bag shines! I added some silver crinkle fluff on top of the candy bags inside to sort of look like firecrackers.

by scoring the flat bag at 3/4" top to bottom on the L and R, and 1" on the bottom, you can create a standing bag

I used the Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Paper and the Duet Banner Punch along with the Thoughtful Banners stamp set. Inside the box is an individually wrapped brownie-YUM!

I hope you are inspired today! Please let me know if you have any questions about any of my cards or projects.

Party Favors for Best Friends

I have five best friends who encourage me, hold me accountable and love me as I am! I am one lucky woman. For our birthdays, we always do something with the group and for mine we are going out to dinner. I made one of the Pocket Bac holders for each of them and they will be put at the table for them.

My color scheme was Berry Burst, so I made the holders using Julie DiMatteo's instructions, (using the Envelope Punch Board) then covered them with matching (retired) Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper. I tied a ribbon around each one, placed the sentiment from Meant to Be under the bow and a heart from Meant to Be over the bow. The heart was easily cut using the Be Mine Stitched Framelits.

Thank you for looking today. It is my goal to inspire you to create! Please let me know what you think of my project, if you have any questions or if you wish to order Stampin' Up! with me. You can also order using my Online Store

Be Mine Valentine Alternatives

January's Paper Pumpkin kit is called "Be Mine Valentine." It's intended to be 24 pillow boxes you can fill with treats and decorate using the enclosed stamp set and cut outs. Here I used the cut outs and those cute enamel hearts to decorate my Valentine Jelly Belly beans. I added my own Calypso Coral bow. I love all the bright colors together!

I didn't want to make pillow boxes this year, so I took the boxes (they arrive flat in the it) and cut off the curved ends and made a card front background. Then I added the cute kangaroo holding a heart. Again I chose bright Granny Apple Green Organdy ribbon, which I earned *free* from the Sale-A-Bration brochure with my $50 purchase.

My Core Group at Bible study are the lucky recipients of these sweet treats with colorful characters!

I hope you enjoyed my projects today. Please leave me a comment - I love to read them all!

Nugget Firecrackers

Yesterday I showed you a #freedom card made using the scraps from this project. I found the idea for this shape of treat giveaway on Pinterest, thanks to Kay Cogbill.

There is a very thin strip of card stock between the nuggets that is topped with two stars. (I used Tear and Tape to secure the candies together and catch the 1/16" star wand.

I made my own paper by stamping on Very Vanilla card stock. I cut the paper into 1" strips and wrapped them around two Hershey Nugget candies.

I used the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set. Two of the candles were my firecrackers, and the sprinkles and baby triangles were my sparks. I used Night of Navy and Cherry Cobbler inks to stamp.

I'm glad you came by today! Thank you! Please leave a comment so I know you were here, won't you?

Celebrate!

At my birthday dinner, I wanted to have favors for each friend attending. I made these up in a snap using the Celebrate You Thinlits, which I got for free when I placed my order during Sale-A-Bration. This year Stampin' Up! is offering two items that you may choose if you reach $100 in merchandise. I chose the Thinlits. There is a coordinating stamp set you can choose as a free item as well.

To make the "celebrate" substantial enough to tie onto the package, I first cut it out of the Foil Frenzy Specialty Designer Series Paper and backed it with a second cut out using Berry Burst card stock.

I hope you like my easy way to dress up a package! Please use my Online Store any time you wish to purchase you Stamping' Up! and earn free Sale-A-Bration products.

Rose Soap Leaves on Display

I am a volunteer tutor and we are having our end of year banquet tomorrow. I am hosting six ladies at my table, so I made each of them a special gift they can take home and use while on break this summer. I found the soap leaves, which are shaped into rose blooms, at World Market. They come 20 in a box and they come in different colors and scents. I chose all pink.

These gorgeous 2" x 2" clear boxes from Stampin' Up! have been sitting on my desk for quite awhile. I didn't know what I would do with them, but when I found those soap leaves, I was hoping several of the blooms would fit into them!

The only thing left to do was decorate the boxes. I chose "FOR YOU" from the May "Sprinkled with Love" Paper Pumpkin stamp set. Next to it on my Sweet & Sassy heart is a bloom from the Colorful Seasons stamp set (debuts June 1) stamped in the *new* Powder Pink ink and accented with Smoky Slate to match the Smoky Slate 1/8" Stitched Ribbon.

Thank you for looking today! I hope you are inspired. Whenever you need to purchase Stampin' Up!, I hope you will choose me as your demonstrator. Just use my Online Store any time!

My little banners were cut out of designer paper scraps using the Banners Framelits. Here's to Cheers stamp set was perfect for my "Egg-Stra Awesome Easter Wishes" sentiment. I used Stampin' Write Markers to make my own ombre right on the stamp itself. Then I cut out around the sentiment using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.  (added between catalogs)
