Brownie Cookie Box for Valentine's Day

I made a large batch of Brownie Cookies and needed to get them out of my house before I ate them all! I used these Baker's Boxes from Stampin' Up! and decorated them with leftover items cut from my Be Mine Stitched Framelits. These items were sitting on my desk, not being used.

Very quickly I had a beautiful box full of sweetness to give away! I used Tombow glue to attach the elements right to the clear window on the box.

Thanks for looking today! I hope you have a wonderful Valentine's Day. Celebrate all month!

Party Favors for Best Friends

I have five best friends who encourage me, hold me accountable and love me as I am! I am one lucky woman. For our birthdays, we always do something with the group and for mine we are going out to dinner. I made one of the Pocket Bac holders for each of them and they will be put at the table for them.

My color scheme was Berry Burst, so I made the holders using Julie DiMatteo's instructions, (using the Envelope Punch Board) then covered them with matching (retired) Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper. I tied a ribbon around each one, placed the sentiment from Meant to Be under the bow and a heart from Meant to Be over the bow. The heart was easily cut using the Be Mine Stitched Framelits.

Thank you for looking today. It is my goal to inspire you to create! Please let me know what you think of my project, if you have any questions or if you wish to order Stampin' Up! with me. You can also order using my Online Store.

Tic Tac Holder for Valentine's Day

These Tic Tac holders made great place cards at my recent Stampin' Up! workshop. Are you in Orange County, CA and needing a monthly creative outlet? You are invited to come to my workshops! We always make three cards and have a great time. I usually make some sort of take away favor for each of my guests! Let me know if you would like to be on my invitation email list!

The pattern for these lovely boxes came from Erica Cerwin. I love the special people who constantly engineer boxes to put treats in! They buy a product and then figure out how to "wrap" it in paper! One of my favorite things! I love playing with paper!

Thanks for visiting today! I would love to read your comments, so please leave me one!

Watercolor Heart

I used Berry Burst ink and an Aqua Painter to make this watercolor heart.

My friend and fellow demonstrator Peggy Noe at Pretty Paper Cards designed this card. I love that it's clean and simple, has just a few elements and is SO easy to wow anyone who receives it.

I'm no artist and I'm not good with paint, but this card will make you look good! Simply stamp the heart onto Stampin' Up's Shimmery White card stock, let it dry a bit and them use your Aqua Painter to "pull" the color of the ink from the stamped edges into the middle. It only takes seconds to complete the look. Let it dry and pop it up on Stampin' Dimensionals. Add a bow with Whisper White Baker's Twine. Choose any sentiment from Meant to Be and you have a lovely card to send to someone special!

So glad you came to look today. I hope you are inspired!

Flirty Flamingo Ruffles

I love the Ruffled Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder for it's soft, romantic look. What I also like about all of the Dynamic folders is that they go through the Big Shot so easily, yet leave a deep impression that adds so much to your cards. And their large size covers more area for those square cards or scrapbook pages or 3-D items.

Several people on my card list have birthdays near Valentine's Day, so I like to show lots of hearts for their special day. The solid hearts on this card front are cut directly from one of the prints in the All My Love Designer Series Paper. I have used up most of my pack of paper already! That rarely happens, but I love it so much and it's very versatile for cards, favors or whatever you have in mind.

Thank you for coming by today. I hope you will leave me a comment, as I love to read each one!

Meant to Be All My Love

I added my own tiny Flirty Flamingo hearts leftover from the heart die cut on the bottom

This card was created because I saw Barb Kapla's card. I changed the ribbon and the white piece that the sentiment is on. She may have used Real Red for her matt and solid heart, it's hard to tell colors on the internet. I also added the pearls on the gorgeous lace heart in Flirty Flamingo.

Here I added the half flower on the sentiment piece
I've been loving using up my Lovely Lipstick card stock because it is one of the coordinating colors in the All My Love Designer Series Paper that I chose to make my Valentines with.

I hope you enjoyed looking today! Please leave a comment before you go--I love reading them all.

Scrapbook Page

Saying goodbye to a member of your team is not ever easy! But making a scrap book so everyone can participate in sending her off with our memories and encouragement makes it a little easier on us all.

I started with a full sheet Soft Sea Foam card stock. I used Basic Gray Ink to decorate it with the flowers from Color Me Happy.

The sentiment at the top is the large "thank you" from Color Me Happy, which I stamped in Night of Navy ink, then colored with Soft Sea Foam and Navy Stampin' Write Markers. I cut it out using the Layering Ovals Framelits and then framed it with a Night of Navy scalloped oval.

I cut a piece of vellum large enough for my message and used a piece of notebook paper under the vellum so my lines would stay straight as I wrote out my message.

To attach the vellum to the card stock, I took a long strip of a White Velvet Sheet and then trimmed it using one of the dies from Be Mine Stitched Framelits. I used the same die to scallop the bottom of the vellum. I decorated the strip with two cut-out flowers and added a sequin to each one.

I hope you like my project and that you come here for inspiration!

Lots of Hearts

Happy Wednesday! Here is another Sneak Peek of the new items from the Occasions Catalog that goes live in just a few days. I am loving this paper from the All My Love Designers Series Paper Pack.

And the sentiment is snipped from a longer one in the Meant To Be stamp set. Those lovely items behind the sentiment are cut from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies. There are LOADS of hearts in the die set! And think of all you can do with the heart cut outs! Confetti!

I Interrupt My Christmas Posts for a Sneak Preview!

I interrupt my regularly scheduled Christmas posts to bring you a special sneak preview from the 2019 Occasions Catalog! Normally I'm not a fan of rushing through one holiday to get to the next, however, I am finished with all of my shopping, wrapping, sending, baking--everything! So, I was pleased to have time to play with new goodies only available to demonstrators at this time.

This lovely card is Sea Foam card stock, with a background from the new All My Love Designer Series Paper. It's GORGEOUS!  I brought out the Balmy Blue color (I think it's the first time I have used this "new" color!) by using the Be Mine Stitched Framelits (scalloped heart) and the beautiful Balmy Blue Organdy Ribbon. The organdy ribbon is only available as a free gift when you spend $50 during Sale-A-Bration. It comes in a pack with four other colors.

Next week I will have another sneak preview for you! Until then, keep making Christmas and enjoy your holiday!
