Occasions and Sale-A-Bration! Happy New Year! Blog Candy for First Order!

Here is my very first card using Sealed With Love stamp set and Love Notes Framelits! I'm so excited with this bundle because there are SO many framelits and they are so cute!!

The details on the teeny note inside the teeny envelope are darling, I stamped one of the little stamps from Sealed With Love to make my envelope look like designer series paper. The teeny bow is made with 1/8" Real Red ribbon--easy to tie! Check out that heart-shaped edge. Easily done using the Love Notes Framelits! I love how the hearts pop out and accent the edge of the card.

Clean and Simple for PPA289

Time for a color challenge at Pals Paper Arts. I knew just what I wanted to do when I looked at the Botanicals for You stamp set. I earned it free for my $50 purchase during Sale-A-Bration. I started right out by making my own designer series paper. I stamped each teeny flower in Blushing Bride ink and then added Pear Pizzazz stems.

Then, I just added my Night of Navy sentiment and my card was almost finished. Adding this panel to the Crumb Cake card base added a nice neutral touch. What do you think? This is an easy card to make multiples of. I hope I have inspired you to make a card or two.

Sneak Peek: Sale-A-Bration

I received my Sale-A-Bration Banner Punch on Thursday! (SAB begins January 28th, 2014). Since I am doing well with my Christmas preparations, I ordered the *new* stamp set Follow My Heart, newly released and available for a limited time only.

It has an Eiffel Tower image...

...and a banner with a key and X-O-X-O. I made the banner by using the stamped image and the new Banner Punch. Isn't it cute? SO many fun ways to use it! (There's also a stamp set in the Occasions Catalog that has 7 banner images, called Banner Blast, but I didn't order that just yet).

Remember, during Sale-A-Bration (January 28-March 31, 2014) for each $50 in products you order from Stampin' Up! you receive one item *FREE*  Isn't that a great way to start off the New Year? (As a demonstrator, I can order any $50 in product and receive my *free* SAB items from December 1st! Oh, the benefits of being a SU Demo!!) You can order your starter kit any time using this link.

Another stamp in the Follow My Heart set (there are 4 total) is this lovely sentiment. I used Stampin' Write Markers to color it for the inside of my card. There is one more sentiment in the set, but I will have to finish more of my Christmas prep before I can play with that one!

I hope you enjoyed this break from Christmas cards and are excited for the Occasions Mini and SAB to begin in January!!
