Easter Blessings Tea Bag

I needed a quick gift for some close friends for Easter, so I used a 6" x 6" piece of Country Gingham Designer Series Paper along with the sentiments from Ten Years of Growth stamp set from my Paper Pumpkin kit (March 2023). I used an Envelope Punch Board to quickly cut my envelope, enclosed the tea bag inside and tied it closed with the beautiful Balmy Blue and White Variegated Ribbon. I decorated my envelope using Solid Faceted Gems.

The cute lamb tea bag was purchased online. It comes from France.

Here is the group before I slipped them into our regular envelopes for mailing using a non-machinable stamp. I hope they arrive in perfect condition for my best girls!

Two Of My Favorite Things...

**Update: See the comments for measurements and brief instructions to make this tea bag and chocolate holder!

For the inaugural stamping session in my new craft studio, I invited 7 good friends to a tea. We crafted, then we had a tea luncheon and then we crafted some more! These are the favors that I made for each guest. (You can come back tomorrow to see the project each guest made - HINT: CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY CATALOG!)

I did use some retired products, but I'm really glad I still have them! I used the specialty paper that is behind my sentiment and decoration. It has rose gold accent "bubbles" all over it and my tableware was gold, white and pink. The decorations were made using Springtime Impressions Thinlits, Mini Treat Bag Thinlits for the "enjoy" (retired) and Sweet Cake Framelits for the Soft Sea Foam leaves. The vellum leaves were cut out using the Flourish Thinlits. The vellum stitched banner behind the "enjoy" is from the NEW Farmhouse Framelits Dies, which is available starting today!

I love the details on these thinlits! You can save 10% if you purchase the bundle, which includes the Farmhouse Christmas stamp set:

I will be showing some festive Farmhouse projects when it gets closer to Christmas.

The inside of my tea party favor holds my favorite things - tea and chocolate! There is a Stash Earl Grey tea bag and a Ghirardelli chocolate square. YUM.

I'm celebrating the Holiday Catalog going LIVE today by putting together my order. I have some $5 coupon codes that I earned in August to help me save money. Don't forget to use your codes before they expire on September 30th!

Lovely Lacy Valentine Favors

This tea bag/chocolate holder is what I made for about 7 special friends this Valentine's Day. I got this idea from Ann Schach a couple of years ago. I used the retired Tea Party stamp set. I changed the color scheme and the embossing folder for the Blushing Bride panel.

Inside you can see that I folded a piece of 6 x 6" Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper in half, glued it along the bottom (using up just 3/8" space). Then I cut out the half circle shapes using a Circle Punch. Chocolate on the left, tea bag on the right!

Thanks for stopping by! I love to read comments, so won't you please leave one? If you would like the dimensions I cut my papers from, please email me: patimac1980@yahoo.com
