3rd Birthday Ice Cream Card

Thanks for coming back to see our granddaughter's 3rd birthday card, designed to go with hers and her brother's Ice Cream party theme. (See our grandson's 1st Birthday card here).

This card began with using a Decorative Dots embossed Oval cut out that was sitting on my desk leftover from another card. I added the "3" from Number of Years stamp set, perfectly cut out using the Large Numbers Framelits. Three teeny ice cream cones were snipped out from the retired Birthday Bouquet designer series paper. I popped them up on Stampin' Dimensionals. I added a new Mint Macaron Sheer Linen ribbon bow and now my card is ready to take to the party.

Look Who's Turning 60 for PPA 292

I don't know why, but this week's sketch challenge by Beth Beard at Pals Paper Arts made me think of big numbers! My husband and his twin brother are turning 60 this year. Their birthday is not until July, but I will be busy planning a party, so I am happy to get their cards made early!

Jesus is the Reason for the Season

Merry Christmas! Jesus is the Reason for the Season! This is my last post before Christmas day. We will be celebrating our Lord and Savior's birth at my home with our siblings, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. I'm so blessed to have our family gathered at our home.

I CASEd this card from Stasia Sloma. We made it at my November Workshop and everyone enjoyed making theirs.
