Today's card is a sneak preview of a stamp set called Timeless Tropical that I just adore. I don't have the matching die set or the embellishments and designer series paper, so I came up with this quick and easy thank you card using just the stamp set, ink and new Champagne Rhinestones. 

How did I get the products that are not available until January? By being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and attending OnStage. OnStage is a gathering of demonstrators where we share our successes, preview catalogs and products, get to know other demos and have a great time. Oh, and we win prizes, too, which is how I got these products early! Also, we get to order from new catalogs about a month before they are released, so we can get you all excited about what is coming up!

On the left is one of our make and take cards. On the right is a card I copied from the upcoming Mini Catalog.

We are now full swing into Fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas, but before we know it the Spring flowers and holidays will be upon us! These gorgeous tulip cards were made using the Timeless Tulips photopolymer stamps set and the Tulip Builder Punch. These items are just two of the offerings in the January-June 2020 Mini Catalog, which goes live January 3rd. I got to preview some of the products and see the entire catalog last weekend at On Stage in Las Vegas.

Let me tell you that the new mini catalog is larger than our usual Occasions mini and it is packed full of beautiful bundles and suites. It was truly hard to narrow down my pre order, but I managed. I was given the Timeless Tulips stamp set and Tulip Builder punch while I was at the gathering as part of prize patrol and winning the items we used to finish our make and take cards. I had a blast and I'm very excited for Sale-A-Bration and the new Mini Catalog!

Sparkly Thank You with Tin of Cards

I copied the sketch of this card from one I received from a friend. I loved how simple it was and how I could use up scraps of Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper.

"Retro" Christmas Cards and Online Extravaganza

I'm confessing that I had this  Watercolor Winter Simply Created Kit since last year. I never got past opening it. I've been cleaning my studio because it was so overloaded I could not work in there. I have too much stuff. Not all of it was stamping, so I'm trying to contain the room to stamping or crafting only. I found this kit anew and I decided to open it and tackle it!

I used the Watercolor Winter Too stamp set for all but the #2 card.

1. Happy Christmas card: Instead of using the word 'holidays' I used the 'Christmas' stamp from the WWT stamp set.

2.  Sleigh Christmas: Again, instead of the 'Season's Greetings' stamp, I used an old 2002 SU 'Merry Christmas.' I don't have the whole stamp set anymore, but I saved this one stamp because I like the font.

3. Ombre Merry Christmas: This card was made pretty much exactly like the kit instructions suggested.

4. Merry and Bright Banner: This card was very tedious, but I LOVE the results! The letters were left in their "unpunched" position and I watercolored them while they were in place. I turned over the watercolor paper and put a bit of blue on the top of each letter. I placed the baker's twine in the glue, let it dry and then popped out the letters. Poof! Instant banner! I glued each letter onto the card and glued the ends to keep it in place. Here I used Mint Macaron instead of the retired Coastal Cabana ink.

Here is what came in the kit. I am very impressed with the quality of our kits! I can see myself making trees that are similar to the ones in the kit. I could punch circles into the watercolor paper so the glimmer paper shows through. I wish there was a way to replicate those CUTE sleds!

One more look at all four cards. I now have 20 beautiful card to give away this year!
