My idea for adding texture to any card or project is to use the Confetti Hearts Border Punch. I cut a strip of Flirty Flamingo card stock 1-1/4" x 5" to fit across the note card.
This is what the card looks like without the texture. Nice, but I also like it with the border of sweet hearts!
