Remembering Your Birthday Stamp set sentiment is stamped one word above the other by using Stampin' Write Markers in Blushing Bride and Mint Macaron.
The balloons are created using the same markers to draw strings with our Honeycomb Embellishments as the balloons.
I slipped a Bow Paper Clip onto a tiny piece of Whisper White card stock. Next I trimmed it to the shape of the bow using Paper Snips. Then I added Dazzling Diamonds inside each of the spaces created by the clip. I added it to my card using Stampin' Dimensionals cut into small pieces.

I was wondering how to use those Honeycomb Embellishments since I did not purchase the ice cream cone stamp, and now I do! Love your card and a big thank you for the inspiration!
