PPA173 Thank You

Hi! It's not too late to use the above sketch to play along with us at Pals Paper Arts! This week's team has a lot of inspirational photos, just check them out and create your own. Upload and you are playing!

I have always wanted to try sewing on paper. My two favorite crafts are making things out of fabric and making things out of paper. However, I think this card will have my one and only attempt! I did not like the feel or sound of the needle in the paper. The thread didn't really look good on it, either. When I see other people's paper sewing, I like it. I didn't like doing it and I'm not liking the result. But I think since there is so little stitching on this card, it's just okay. You never know until you try!

I hope you will play along with us at Pals Paper Arts!

Patti... I know what you mean about the sound when sewing on paper. Really strange. However, I think you did a great job. Since the tension is a little more difficult to get right on the paper layers, I don't worry too much about it. It goes with my grungy style anyway. Who knew? Thanks for playing this week!
