Belated Birthday Cupcake

I love the sentiment from the Remembering Your Birthday stamp set, because it is just perfect for this card, which was late! I did remember...

... but then I forgot to make the card! I have begun using the retired but much-loved Top Note die to make the inside of my cards a little more special than they have been in the past.

I hope you enjoyed my card today! Won't you please take a few seconds to leave me a comment? They make my day.

Caring Thoughts for Paper Players 210

Hi! Today I decided to join The Paper Players sketch challenge! I needed to make a card and thought I should make it fun!

My card base is Smoky Slate. I ran out of Whisper White card stock and only had scraps left! That has never happened before.

I have a Starburst Whisper White circle, then a Smoky Slate circle, then a Melon Mambo circle. The MM circle has a Smoky Slate embossed Flamingo from Flamingo Lingo. Over her I placed a Banner Framelit cut sentiment from the same stamp set. I layered a Snowflake Card Thinlit cut Melon Mambo banner under the WW one on the left side. On the right side, I stamped a flower from Flamingo Lingo onto Smoky Slate with Melon Mambo ink. I punched it out with the Petite Petals punch and added a Smoky Slate Candy dot.

I hope you liked looking! Please leave me a comment, won't you?

I have THREE more kits available for my Snowflake Cards. They make a set of 24 cards and come with envelopes and all you need to complete the cards. You provide your own adhesive. Please email me ASAP to reserve yours!
