Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by. Today's card can be a thank you card or a Thanksgiving card. The background is dry embossed with the Brick and Mortar 3D Embossing Folder in Soft Suede.
I cut out two leaves using the Holly Berry Dies, one solid in Pumpkin Pie and the other the detail in Crumb Cake. I used a Take Your Pick Tool with a large stylus and the foam pad to make a crease down the middle of the solid leaf, then creased from the middle out to the pointed ends. Next, I wrinkled up the paper until it was soft and wrinkly like a dying leaf. I used my Blending Brush and some Crumb Cake ink to make the leaf look worn and dirty.
My sentiment is from the Charming Sentiments stamp set, stamped in Crumb Cake ink onto Crumb Cake card stock and die cut using the Sentiment Silhouettes dies. It's mounted with Stampin' Dimensionals onto a Very Vanilla Deckled rectangle that has little dots from the Friends Are Like Seashells stamp set.
