I love this Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper, but I didn't need a new baby themed stamp set, so I set out to make a card that doesn't require the baby theme. The colors Night of Navy (striped pattern) and Gray Granite (star pattern) are emphasized on this fun card that brings birthday greetings to a special person.
I loved the way the three ribbons looked together: Gray Granite 1/2" Textured Weave, Night of Navy 1/2" Gingham and 5/8" Polka Dot Tulle. And that little heart--Oh My!
My clouds and the heart were cut out using the Up and Away Thinlits and my Big Shot.
