Sparkly Thank You for Pals February Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for February 2016. We are thankful you stopped by to take a look at our new 2016 Blog Hop monthly themes.  This month we are CASE-ing a project shown in a current Stampin’ Up! catalog. After all, with the Annual, Occasions and Sale-a-Bration catalogs available right now, there is much inspiration to choose from. We hope you enjoy our creations.

You may just be starting the Blog Hop or may have come from the previous link from the Line-up on the Pals Blog Hop listing shown below.  The full lineup will help you move along from blog to blog so you may see all the projects.

My card is a CASE of the card on Page 105 of Stampin' Up's 2015-2016 Annual Catalog. Bundle and SAVE!

I changed up the colors and elements behind the set of three hexagons, but I kept a horizontal line using Sequin Trim instead of Glimmer Paper.

Six-Sided Sampler Images

Here's how I made this card my own:
  • I added LOTS of bling, shine and sparkle to my card. Mine is a Thank You card, so the sentiment from Six-Sided Sampler works perfectly.
  • I changed the color scheme of the ink to Pink Pirouette and Wild Wasabi with Chocolate Chip as my neutral color. Blushing Bride looks bold when it's Glimmer Paper and Sequin Trim.
  • I didn't have the same butterfly cut out, so I used punches and one butterfly is cut from a piece of Tea Lace Doily.
The splotches on the background are from Gorgeous Grunge.

I hope you won't move on before you leave me a precious comment!

Thanks for visiting. To continue with the hop, please refer to the Blog Hop Line-up below. We hope to see you on next month’s Pals Blog Hop!
