Typeset and Vellum Mini Treat Bags--No Stamps Necessary!

Inspired by a treat bag by Mercedes Weber, I made these from Stampin' Up's Typeset Specialty Designer Series Paper. It's ultra lightweight and looks and feels like a vintage book page. So cute with any color. Here I used it to make a Mini Treat bag with the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits dies. The banner, using Stacked With Love Designer Series Paper stack is cut using the Banner Framelits. I added the heart and words from the same Thinlits die set out of Real Red card stock and Gold Glimmer Paper, respectively. A little Gold Baker's Twine wraps it all up!

These two bags are more like the inspiration, having been cut from Fancy Foil Designer Vellum and decorated with the same type banners as above (I used Silver twine and glimmer paper). What do you think? Wouldn't you like those chocolate treats inside? Me, too, but I'm giving them away :-)

By the way, using the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits is SO easy!! They are definitely going to get used holiday after holiday in my house!

Thanks for visiting today. Please leave your comments-- I love getting them!!
