This beautiful star is the largest in the Many Merry Stars Simply Created Kit that is now available in the 2014 Holiday Supplement.
I made this first star in about 45 minutes, taking care to punch out all of the stars in my kit at the same time. There are 26 stars in all! This one measures about 15" across and 15" high, which is why it would not fit in my light box! This is an excellent table decoration or mantle piece. The smaller stars in the kit can be package toppers, or used for small gifts or treats when you make a 3-sided slit door in the back. Add a piece of Washi Tape and your gift is secure. The recipient has a lovely, re-usable decoration, as well as their gift.
