Today I went with Clean and Simple! Almost one layer, this card sends a wish for a birthday or almost any day.
My card base is Whisper White. I placed a piece of Pumpkin Pie Polka Dot Parade Designer Series paper and left a border. Then I used a scrap of 1/2" wide Whisper White card stock to stamp my Pumpkin Pie sentiment from Bring on the Cake. I snipped one side to look like a flag or banner. I added two Brights Glimmer Brads in a matching color and called it done!
