Relaxing Pineapple Retirement Card

I was inspired by a card that Erica Cerwin made using a different stamp set. She taught via video how to get this beautiful watercolor background for any card. I tried it and it really was as easy as she showed on her video.

The background was painted with and Aqua Painter and some ink on Water Color paper. This beautiful, shiny pineapple was cut from retired foil card stock after being clear-embossed. This card will be a nice retirement card for my sister-in-law.

Through Friday, November 22 only:
Bundles, Paper, Ink! All of the foundations of crafting--

Stock up on things you’ve been wanting for a while—now’s the time! You probably can’t get enough of neutrals because they’re, well, neutral! Our Regals Collection is always a good way to step up your game. And who hasn’t fallen in love with our In Colors already! Order now through 11:50pm MT Friday, November 22nd.

Today's card is a sneak preview of a stamp set called Timeless Tropical that I just adore. I don't have the matching die set or the embellishments and designer series paper, so I came up with this quick and easy thank you card using just the stamp set, ink and new Champagne Rhinestones.

How did I get the products that are not available until January? By being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and attending OnStage. OnStage is a gathering of demonstrators where we share our successes, preview catalogs and products, get to know other demos and have a great time. Oh, and we win prizes, too, which is how I got these products early! Also, we get to order from new catalogs about a month before they are released, so we can get you all excited about what is coming up!

I hope you enjoyed looking today. Please use my Online Store to order your Stampin' Up! products.
