Thinking of You Beach Scene

When it's time to let someone know you are thinking of them, it's nice to send a serene card. I like how Colorful Seasons lets you do just that. My "water" is from Timeless Textures using Marine Mist ink. My sand is a combination of Timeless Textures and Work of Art using Crumb Cake ink.

Add a cheerful yellow umbrella, chair and lemonade and you are in the business of letting someone know you are trying to lift their spirits. The drink has a little shine from a clear Wink of Stella pen.

Thank you for visiting today!  I hope to encourage you to make our own cards and send them off for encouraging others.

I'm Here For You

I'm showing a card that comes directly from the catalog today. On page 93 is the Weather Together and Umbrella Weather Framelits card. I just copied the excellent card idea that Stampin' Up! provided for us all.

They may have used Daffodil Delight as their yellow, but I chose Crushed Curry. My watercoloring is in Pool Party and matches the lovely Baker's Twine tied around the umbrella post. Those pearls are a lovely accent.

Thanks for looking today! I hope you are inspired because I'm here for you!

Peekaboo Peach Welcome BABY for the Pals Blog Hop!

Welcome to the June 2017 Pals Blog Hop. Thank you so much for joining us today. This month’s theme, Pick a “B”, features projects inspired by Babies, Birthdays and Brides to name few. You may just get a glimpse of new catalog products while you hop with us today.
Whether you’re just starting the hop, or have come from a previous Pal’s blog, you’ll find the line-up toward the end of my post to help you move along.

This Moon Baby card is so heavenly! I love how it turned out-my first time using it! Thanks for coming over to see what I've made! I hope to inspire you!

I see lots of water color options for this stamp set! It will be so versatile with two images and many sentiments. Paired with the Stitched Shapes and Layering Oval Framelits, you can always jazz up your colored image.  And those sweet clouds? Those are simply cut from the Umbrella Weather Framelits. I added some Wink of Stella on those clouds to make them sparkle like the Shimmery White card stock I stamped on.

Please let me know you were here by leaving a comment. I'd love to be your Stampin' Up! demonstrator, so use my Online Store to make your cards happen!

Thanks again for hopping with the Stampin’ Pretty Pals today. Take a minute to mark your calendar for our next hop on July 12th. We’re having a pattern party! Now hop along using the Blog Hop Line-up below. See you on July 12th for the next Pals Blog Hop!

Weather Together Get Well

Another CASE card. This time from Anna at (annastampincave.wordpress.com). She used different embellishments and different colors in her umbrella/sentiment, but I loved how this looked. She peeled the white backing off the White Perfect accents, and I used the Silver Metallic Enamel shapes instead. The stamps are from My Hero and Weather Together stamp sets.

Thank you for looking today! I hope you have a wonderful day. Please leave a comment if you have an extra minute-I love reading them!

I'm Late!

I made this for Pals Paper Arts 7/7 challenge, but never got it posted to my blog :-(  I have been super busy this summer, but I'm going to keep on keepin' on!

My card uses the colors from the challenge: Real Red, Night of Navy and Pool Party. I used the stamp set Weather Together. The umbrella handle is stamped in Real Red and colored in with a Pool Party Stampin' Write marker. I stamped the umbrella itself using Night of Navy ink and Pool Party card stock. I cut it out easily using the Umbrella Weather Framelits. I LOVE these coordinating sets, especially when you get them in the money-saving bundle! Metallics Sequin Assortment sequins give my card some shine and sparkle.

Weather Together Bundle 142319  $41.25

Weather Together Photopolyer Stamps 141543 $21

Umbrella Weather Framelits Dies 141479 $25
I hope you enjoyed looking at my card today. Please leave me a comment, won't you?
