PPA76 Celebrity Color Challenge

Here it is! I had fun combining these colors and I know you will, too. If you don't have Stampin' Up! Colors, please use something close and play along with Pals Paper Arts!

Our Celebrity this week is Andrea Walford. I am personally thrilled because I follow her blog and I have presented some of her own designs here on my blog. She is genius at outlining JUST how to accomplish her wonderful creations.

Four Easy Steps to my card:
  • I began my card with a Pear Pizzazz card base and matted a piece of Baja Breeze print from the Greenhouse Gala Designer Paper series collection.
  • Since I have no ribbons in any of these three colors, I created my own Perfect Plum and Pear Pizzazz embellishments by using my Scallop Edge and Dotted Scallop Ribbon border punches. They make excellent "faux" trims, right?
  • For a 3-D effect, I used Stampin' Dimensionals to "lift" my simply stamped (in Perfect Plum) sentiment from the Perfect Punches stamp set.
  • I felt it needed "something" so I added a Perfect Plum button with a Basic Pearl stuck into the middle of it. Voila! A fancy and beautiful card.
