PPA7 Play Along!

This week's Pals Paper Arts Challenge is a sketch. I hope you can all play along! Each Thursday you will see a new challenge and you can upload your creation until Tuesdays at noon CST. On Wednesdays, 3 creations are awarded the Pals Paper Artist Pick and will have a badge to display on their blog. We always welcome new participants and you can use any supplies you like on your creation. Always remember to link use PPA in your title and link back to our challenge blog.

I started with a Barely Banana card just because it was already cut and in my drawer. Next I chose images from the Falling Leaves set, which are stamped onto Barely Banana, as well.  Then I punched them out and matted them with Handsome Hunter, a color I rarely use! I used my Jumbo Bright Blessings Stampin' Around wheel for the strip across the top. It's rolled onto Very Vanilla cardstock. TIP: I didn't have the color I wanted in an ink cartridge, so I just rolled it onto my Really Rust inkpad. If you are not going a long distance, this will work fine for you. Then I cut out the strip and backed it with Really Rust cardstock.

I like having the wheels because you can create a designer paper look OR cut out individual words/images and pop them up, OR just cut out a collection of a few of the words and/or images and make your own sentiments. So versatile for just a little investment!
