Congratulations to a new military officer in 2026 as we celebrate America’s 250th Year of Freedom!
I used some very vintage Maritime Designer Series Paper. This paper dates from back when Stampin’ Up! used to put a little watermark on the corner of one side of every sheet of designer series paper. The Real Red and Night of Navy in this striped piece were perfect for this card and envelope. I simply cut between the Pool Party stripes to get this look.
The card front is decorated using the Online Exclusive Service Essentials Dies and Stamp Set. Those cute stars are the Wonderful Stars Puffy stickers, also an Online Exclusive. Too bad I didn’t experiment coloring them before placing them onto the card. They are nicely colored using any ink pad. You need to let them dry for a few hours. I didn’t have much luck coloring them with the Stampin’ Blends.
