Proud Congratulations!

Year round is what most heroes are! This card congratulated a soldier for a job well done! It could also be a Veteran's Day card or other appreciation card for someone in the military. 

I created the "camo" background using a technique I found on Pinterest. It was easy and creates a different pattern each time you do it. You could use any colors for a home made background.

Normally I don't spend any time decorating the inside of my cards but in this case, since the front was "heavy" with so many elements, I needed to even out the weight so it would stand up for display.
