These penguins certainly are playful! I love black and white cards with a pop of color. Here, I fit two penguins on a piece of Whisper White card stock, added two pieces of red ribbon, framed it with Basic Black and popped it up onto a larger frame of a print from the Monster Bash Designer Series Paper. It's not just for Halloween!
One of the sentiments from the set is stamped in Real Red and then hand cut and popped up as well. You could send this card for a lot of different occasions or just to say, "hi."
