Color Revamp from Stampin' Up!

It's Spring and there are new things coming! Look at those new colors! How about the returning In Colors, which are now core colors!! How about those NEW In Colors?! I'm so excited! All of these color collections will be changed up and ready for the unveiling of the new Annual Catalog from Stampin' Up! on June 1st, 2018.

I know sometimes I get very attached to our colors, but honestly, since I learned to LET GO of the old and EMBRACE the new, I haven't been stifled in my creativity once! Stampin' Up! provides plenty of color-coordinating products to go with all of the old and new colors, so not to worry about being able to match what you need to create.

Notice there is no Basic Black listed above. Instead of having a Basic Black Classic Stampin' Pad, you can choose between Jet Black Stazon for watercoloring and non-porous surface stamping and Tuxedo Black Memento Pad to use with Stampin' Blends and any other Black stamping. Whisper White, Very Vanilla and Basic Black will be in the Basics Collection.

I've spent a little time going over all of the information Stampin' Up! is supplying to us as demonstrators. It's usually a lot, but with a Color Revamp, there is so much more.

The ink has been re-formulated to ensure better coverage without bubbles. Also new is the ink pad itself. It looks like a smaller case and I've heard great things about how the ink pad works with our stamps. 

For now, it's best to order your favorite retiring ink pads, ink refills, embellishments and card stock before supplies run out.  Any retiring stamp sets are available through May 31st, 2018. 

13 Core Colors Retiring:

Chocolate Chip, Tangerine Tango, Tempting Turquoise, Marina Mist, Pink Pirouette, Soft Sky, Wild Wasabi, Wisteria Wonder, Always Artichoke, Elegant Eggplant, Island Indigo, Perfect Plum, Rose Red.

One color I'm not glad to see go is Soft Sky! The one I would have voted to discontinue would have been Always Artichoke. Seems like I never used it.
