Thank You For All You Do

Every year on 9/11 I take something sweet to every fire station in my city. There are 7, and one is headquarters with a larger crew, so that one gets *two* sets of sweets.

I like to decorate each tray of sweets, so this year I used the My Hero stamp set to make a badge. I backed the badge with a silver foil scalloped circle and I used markers on the stamp so I could have a red, white and blue badge on this Patriot Day.

Here are my double-stacked, home made brownies ready to deliver first thing in the morning. May we never forget the sacrifices of all who helped during those dark days and weeks and months of 2001.

Thank you for looking today, and have a blessed day.

How "sweet" of you! What a wonderful tribute to the fallen heroes of such a tragic event. It demonstrates how many patriotic Americans feel in their hearts. You go girl!
