The VW Bug in the Beautiful Ride stamp set reminds me of so many things. Our daughter had a '74 Bug in 2000--her first car. She loved to carry her surfboard on top and get herself to the beach. That car broke down so many times! But she loved it and it was a cool ride.
The bug also reminds me of summer and right now in Southern California, we've got temps in the 90's! I took the opportunity to CASE a card in the 2016 Occasions Stampin' Up! Catalog. On page 15, this card is made using one color of watercolor wash and in a square shape. I decided to use three colors, more lie a sunset sky would be, but without green! I just liked this color combination.
After washing the color on your water paper, all you need is a little time for the ink to dry and then you can stamp the images using Basic Black ink. Matt and you are finished!
