Pals May Blog Hop -- Saying Goodbye to Favorites

Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for May where we are preparing for the retirement of some Stampin' Up! products. Though it may be goodbye to some very loved supplies, it will make room for the much anticipated NEW catalog products. We hope you enjoy the Pals' creative projects.

My most beloved Stampin' Up! retiring products:

In Color: Coastal Cabana - It reminds me of the ocean.

Stamp Set: Chalk Talk - I can't get enough of this set!

Embossing Powder in Going Gray: -- It's a soft color.

Embellishment: Chevron Ribbon -- It's so versatile!

Special Kit: Artisan Embellishment -- This wasn't around long enough for me! The rose and small doily are from the kit that was in the Occasions Catalog.

Embossing Folder: Perfect Polka Dots and Delicate Designs -- The dots are kind of a neutral background and the DD create a lacy border.

Edgelit: Large Scallop -- It works alone or with DD folder.

All of these products together (along with the Strawberry Slush strip of card stock and Strawberry Slush Thick Baker's Twine which are also retiring) created a very feminine and old-fashioned card to give to a "very special someone."
