It's a Boy!

A friend of my daughter's just had a baby boy. I always make flannel blankets for babies and here is a card to go with the blanket. It's my first attempt using the Something For Baby stamp set, the Baby's First Framelits and the Little Letters Thinlits. I was going to place the letters over the ribbon across the bottom, but then I thought the negative punch out looked better with the stripes peeking through!

Please let me know what you think--I love your comments! Don't forget to post on THIS blog post to be eligible to win my Blog Candy! Only a couple of hours left to make the deadline!!

I agree that the stripes peeking through the cutout is most clever. Really sets off the sentiment.
