You Choose--Which Card?

As I was making today's card, I could not decide if I should stamp the sentiment onto Very Vanilla OR onto Tangerine Tango. I really like how they each look, but absolutely do not know which one looks better. What do you think? I'd love to hear from you in the comments section.

I like how the Very Vanilla one looks because it's crisp. I like the way the flowers spill over onto the border. However....

... I like how bold the sentiment looks in Cherry Cobbler on Tangerine Tango.

While you are deciding which one YOU like better, don'tcha just love how you can create a border using almost any image, repeating it and cutting or punching it out? This card began with the idea to use the Pennant Parade flags as a border AND...

... these Celosia I plan to plant over the final resting place of our beloved pet. Corrie was our Shetland Sheepdog and we had to say goodbye to her over two years ago. We still miss her, (she was our "favorite girl dog") but she has a place in our hearts and in our yard. I try to keep annuals on her little corner at all times. I'll be planting these today!

I hope you enjoyed my cards today and that you will leave your comments below. Thanks for stopping by!

Patti i really love both of the cards and I think that you nailed the reasons pretty good for me too. They are both gorgeous and reflect the gorgeous flowers you plan to plant. I always like them when I see them but never knew the name., very bright and bold. hugs.

I suggest using the Very Vanilla.
The flowers really pop on that card.
Always enjoy looking at your beautiful work.

It's odd to look at them on the blog page. It almost looks like you put 'netting' over the banners and the bottom part of the card. Very unique effect. I like both cards; but, you are right about the border so I like the one with the very vanilla paper the best. Thank you for sharing!

Both cards are awesome, Patti! I think the Very Vanilla is my favorite. The flowers just "pop" next to it!

Love the Vanilla. It shows off the colors really well -- crisp and more eye-catching.

Both cards are pretty, but I do like the VV one better.
