PPA109 Celebrity Color Challenge

Holiday Mini is LIVE today!
Come back tomorrow for a peek at new products from this catalog! You won't be disappointed!

Welcome to Pals Paper Arts Celebrity Color Challenge. Our design team hopes you will play along with us by creating your card using our colors and uploading a direct link to our blog. How will you interpret these colors?

This week's celebrity is Iwona (Chupa) Palamountain and you can check out her work at her blog, Random Acts of Creativity.

I love how this card turned out, despite being really afraid to put these colors together. I couldn't find a designer series paper set that had the three colors in it, so I used card stock and the Patterns Neutral and In Colors Designer Series Paper stacks.

I die cut at least two of each color of the petals so I could see how each one fit best to make sets of petals into flowers. I also used my Dotted Scallop punch to make these neat rows across the bottom. I used my Pennant Parade and Perfect Punches stamp sets to create an element that was punched using the Round Tab punch. I decorated it with a flower and added *bling* with a clear rhinestone. Don'tcha love it?

I'd love to read your comments, so please leave one.

I was afraid of these colors as well - you were braver than I was and I love the result! Love those bold flowers and the three punched ribbons!

This is amazing, Patti! The white background sure makes the colors pop and I love how you used the three colors in the ribbon border punch at the bottom. NICE!
