Here is the second graduation card I promised. I liked how I covered the "mistake" in the lower right hand corner of the sentiment for my College Graduation Card, so I did it again for this card. The card is for my oldest nephew, who just graduated from 8th grade-yeah!
Again, I used Kraft, but this time for my base, as well as framing the sentiment. I used the design part of the navy from Travel Journal, which kind of reminded me of the foamy part of a wave. (?)
I used a piece of the Pumpkin Pie and Kraft with the Small Oval punch, folded it in half and set it with a copper brad atop a Bitty circle punch in Very Vanilla. This is more masculine than the flower Bitty punch.
I really enjoy reading your comments, so don't hesitate to leave one!

I love how you used the design part of the "Journal" DSP! A beautiful card!
I love the look of the DSP.
Fantastic Patti I LOVE the bg!
Great bg paper- reminds me of a map(that might be what it actually is - sheepish grin) and rec'g the book 'Oh the places we will go' by dr. suess when I graduated high school! Great card Patti!
