I promised to write more about meeting with Shelli Gardner, CEO of Stampin' Up! As a downline demonstrator in the Pretty Pals, I was able to meet and have lunch with Shelli, Mary Fish, (my upline), and a few fellow Pals who all went to Tucson this past weekend. Here we are after having our lunch at Mary's house. L to R: Barbara Chatzkel, Kris Kilcoyne, me, Shelli, Mary, Mike Funke and Liz Hughes.
Our time with Shelli, before she gave her workshop to Mary's group, was just as nice as could be. Shelli was very down-to-earth, friendly, kind and she listened to our questions patiently. We felt like we were having lunch with a friend. Stamping really does bring people together! We were all very comfortable with her and she seemed very comfortable with us. Imagine going around the country and being invited into people's homes for weeks at a time! She has a grueling schedule, but she keeps on going and looks good while doing it. It was the most enjoyable time!
Now here is a sneak preview of how I played at Pals Paper Arts. You can see the entire creation, as well as those of our design team on Thursday morning. Won't you play along?
