I used the sketch from Our Creative Corner to plan this card. Also, my demonstrator group, Pretty Pals added a twist, with an inspiration from a Pottery Barn child's bedding ensemble for our colors. It was bright and cheery, if you can't guess! Also, there were owls on the bedspread, but I don't own any owl stamps. I substituted this cute guy from Fun & Fast Notes and that is where my creation began. I used two different Designer Papers, the Kiwi Kiss from Raspberry Tart, and two prints (Summer Sun and Tempting Turquoise) from Pink Flamingo DP. I just placed my order, buying three Designer Series Paper Packs and earning one free! I can't wait to show you some different papers in the months to come. These paper packs are a good bargain in the first place, with 12 double-sided sheets (6 of each design) in a 12 x 12 size. They are excellent quality and they work for cards or scrapbooking.
