Color Throwdown #39

I was going for elegant.  I've had this ribbon in my stash and when I saw the colors were Real Red, Black and Barely Banana, I immediately thought of this ribbon!  It's flocked-oh so elegant.
(I couldn't get the Barely Banana to show up better, it looks vanilla, sorry).  When I had to think of a stamp set, I turned to Baroque Motifs because it dresses up a card.  I thought a teeny bit of bling was called for, so I used one of the Fire Circles rhinestone brads from Stampin' Up.  I used my Nestabilities die cuts to punch out the circles and cut one of them in half for the ends.  I tried to figure out how to fit an appropriate sentiment on the card front, but I thought it took away from the design too much, so I left it blank.  It's for any occasion now. Please shop with me 24/7!  AND, I still have a few gently used stamp sets from my private collection available for sale here.

Very, very cool! That ribbon is really striking. Good idea to forget the sentiment on the front. Looks superb as is!

Have a wonderful weekend Patti!
