Ice Cream For A Friend

I hope you are getting excited for the 2015-2016 Annual Catalog to go live on June 2nd! I'm excited because I'm dreaming of all the new items that I can use with my existing items! Today's card is "all-new!"

I used the Sprinkles of Life stamp set, which is the new Ronald McDonald House Charities stamp set that Stampin' Up! has commissioned. I love using this set! It's fun and by purchasing it, I'm helping those in need through the RMH charity. They are there for children and families in need at a desperate time.

The fun Ice Cream Cone stack is made from the "clouds" in the set. They are stamped in Watermelon Wonder, Tip Top Taupe and Mint Macaron, but I prefer to call the flavors Cherry, Chocolate and Mint Chip! Aren't they perfectly cut out using the brand new Tree Builder Punch? The cone is cut by hand using paper snips after being stamped in Tip Top Taupe on the same color card stock.

My sentiment is stamped in Watermelon Wonder ink. The flowers were stamped in Delightful Dijon and Watermelon Wonder and accented with all those teeny pearls I can never seem to use up. The stems and grass are stamped in Mint Macaron.

The Cherry On Top Designer Series Paper Stack is used for my background There are circles made up of little dots. The bottom portion is one of the prints that I cut into strips and applied them so the new Watermelon Wonder card stock shows through. It's also my border.

My card base is the new Tip Top Taupe and the ice cream cone is bordered in Whisper White and Delightful Dijon.

I'm sure you enjoyed my yummy tour around my fun card. Please leave your comments below--I DO read each one.
