MOJO Monday #102

Good Monday morning to you! The Mojo sketch today seemed complicated, but I really had fun figuring out what to do. First, I turned the sketch on it's side. Right away I wanted my circle to have the large cupcake on it from Crazy for Cupcakes. I then chose my Razzleberry Lemonade designer paper. This is my first time paper-piecing, where you stamp your image onto designer paper, then cut it out and glue it over the stamped image you want to "dress." I used the technique on the candle and the balloon. For my upper left corner, I used the Curly Label punch, then just cut off a corner at an angle. I decorated that with a hole punch of Crushed Curry. I hope you like my creation, and please do leave a comment or hello!

Ingredients:
Cardstock: Crushed Curry, Whisper White
Designer Paper: Razzleberry Lemonade
Stamps: Crazy for Cupcakes
Ink: Rich Razzleberry, Crushed Curry
Accessories: Fire Square Rhinestones, Stampin' Write Markers, Crushed Curry Polka Dot Grossgrain Ribbon, Curly Label Punch, Hole Punch, Nestabilities, Bigshot

If you are in need of any Stampin' Up supplies for your creations, please shop with me 24/7.

Don't forget!  Tomorrow at noon Central time is the deadline for YOU to Play at Pals Paper Arts! Upload your creation with a Halloween Theme.  Remember to sign up to follow our blog and receive notice first thing on Thursdays!

Lovely card and great idea as Patti said to flip the sketch, it has worked so well. Like you colors, and love the cupcake. It is cupcake day n NZ today to raise money for RSPCA(Royal Society for Protection of Cruelty to Animals), so I was thinking of doing something similar, but don't have a big enough cupcake...

Hey! You turned it over! I love it! It didn't occur to me to do that this time!

I love your corner accent, too. That is really neat.

As always, it's such a pleasure to come see what Patti Mac has in store for us all!
