Splitcoast Card Sketch 235 and Splitcoast Color Challenge 225 are satisfied with today's card. I began by scoring Night of Navy (5 x 5 folded) cardstock 1/2" from each edge. I used my Photo Corners Punch to punch out corners from Urban Oasis and Pink Flamingo Designer Paper. For some reason the Kraft stripe is picking up a lot of the Navy and looking bluish in the photo! For the third "print" I stamped just the tiny star (using my Night of Navy Stampin' Write Marker) from the blue star banner in the Godspeed stamp set onto Whisper White cardstock. Then I arranged the corners to form squares for a quilt look.
Ingredients:
Cardstock: Night of Navy, Kraft, So Saffron, Whisper White
Designer Series Paper: Pink Flamingo, Urban Oasis
Stamps: Godspeed
Accessories: Photo Corners Punch, Scor-Pal, Stampin' Write Marker in Night of Navy, Stampa-Ma-Jig for placement of stars
Happy and Safe Independence Day!
