Tea Party

Tea Party (113992) designer paper is spotlighted today. I received a half pack of this paper when I attended a workshop by Sandy Hancock. I have used it a lot! The colors are so great. Card bases have been Almost Amethyst, Pretty In Pink, Barely Banana and Certainly Celery. They all work beautifully to create lovely Spring cards. On this one, I used the butterfly from the Great Friend (Occasions Mini 113792) stamp set in Pretty in Pink and then added some eyelets for the body and used my Stampin' Write marker to draw in the antenna. I also used my Eyelet Border Punch (113692) to add a bit of elegance near the bottom edge. The sentiment was stamped using the retired Fancy Flexible Phrases and cut out with the Small Oval Punch (107304) and the just released Scallop Oval Punch (Occasions Mini 114889).
If you like what you see and you want to make this card, feel free to use my demonstrator website and CLICK TO ORDER.

Gorgeous. Love the frame around the butterfly, eyelet border and eyelets for the butterfly's body . . . very clever. Hugs, M
